How it works

How the loop runs.

Saluki runs automated red team operations against your live estate, every day. It watches the surface, ranks what an adversary would go for, pursues the objectives they would, and takes each verified finding through to a retested fix. An operator reviews every critical path.

The loop

  3. 03EmulatePursuit
  4. 04StrengthenResolve

Continuous exposure.Intelligence-led targeting.Proven, then fixed.

01The loop

From signal to strategy.

  1. Step 01Watch

See the estate as an adversary does.

Sight maps your attack surface from the outside, with no inside knowledge, and keeps watching as it changes: a new subdomain, a forgotten test environment, a supplier's estate, an acquisition's habits.

The map is rebuilt continuously, so the picture Saluki works from is never older than the adversary's. Every reachable asset gets a zone, an owner and a temperature.

  2. Step 02Identify

Rank what an adversary would go for.

Signal gives every exposure a temperature from likelihood, reachability and impact, using what Saluki Labs sees aimed at your sector, and recomputes it as your surface and the threat picture change.

Hot means a real adversary could use it today. The list is short, and every line carries its reason, so the first objective Pursuit takes on is the one that would cost you most.

  3. Step 03Emulate

Pursue the objective, the way they would.

Pursuit runs automated red team operations toward objectives you set: reach the admin console, read another tenant's data, cross from a supplier into the corporate estate. It chains identity, cloud and web inside your rules of engagement, reproduces each step and keeps the evidence.

A Saluki operator reviews every critical path before it is raised, so what reaches you is proven and deconflicted. Nothing is changed, nothing destructive runs, and every action is logged.

  4. Step 04Strengthen

Close it, retest it, prove it.

Resolve gives each verified finding an owner, a heat-ranked priority and a fix plan Saluki writes: what to change, where, and how to confirm it. Work it in Saluki, in Jira or ServiceNow, or both. Status flows both ways.

Closing the ticket triggers a retest from a clean session. Only a passed retest marks the finding fixed, here and in the ticket, and the board page records the result. What was learned feeds back into Watch.

02Principles

  • Speed

    First to the finding.

Continuous, every day of the year.

  • Endurance

We stay on the trail until the work is done, and we come back to prove it.

  • Precision

    Every finding reproducible.

Every recommendation specific, with the evidence beside it.

03How we work

  1. 01Platform-first

The loop runs itself; people step in where judgement matters.

  2. 02Safe by design

Rules of engagement, deconfliction and change control before anything runs.

  3. 03Plain language

Findings written for the person who has to fix them, and for the person who has to fund it.

  4. 04Alongside you

Operators stay through remediation and retest, and brief your board on what changed.
